Open Decks & Beyond — The New Entry Point into Patchouli Deep

At Patchouli Deep, our mission is clear: to discover and support local talent in deep electronic music and production, and to build a meaningful path for artists — from bedroom studios to mainstage opportunities.

Thanks to the incredible energy and participation from our community, Open Decks has grown. What began as an open-format night is now the official entry-level platform into the Patchouli Deep ecosystem — a system traditionally accessible only by invitation or curated application.

How it Works

DJs can now register through our official form
If selected, you'll be featured in the announced lineup and flyers for the next Open Decks
If you're not selected this time, don’t worry — we prioritize those who haven’t played before and keep all applications in review for future dates
We highly recommend showing up anyway with a USB — last-minute dropouts are common, and you may be called to jump in

OPEN DECKS 2.0

Open Decks is no longer just “show up and play” — it's a structured discovery format built to help emerging DJs:

Gain visibility in a respected, curated space
Accumulate Drops — points based on your set, your energy, your guests, and your promotion
Get selected for recognitions like Best Set, Most Loved, Deepest Energy
Progress into Patchouli Sessions, radio slots, visual features, and Elysium residency consideration

We are also working on a system for community voting — both on-site and online — to further highlight standout sets.
