Music Community and Radio Assistant Director

Role: You will assist our artistic team in discovering new talents and planning campaigns. You'll also play a key role in transitioning new artists into our ELYSIUM program, enhancing their journey from guests to resident DJs.

You'll need to be comfortable reaching out to new artists and partners, making clear and compelling connections. Finding innovative ways to schedule shows and promote artists will require a creative touch.
A knack for social media strategy will help in boosting the visibility of our artists and community.
