A timeless classic of Chinese tea artistry, Dragon Jasmine Pearls (also known as Phoenix Pearls) are hand-rolled green tea leaves from Fujian, delicately scented with fresh jasmine blossoms. Their beauty lies not only in their appearance but in the purity and depth of their fragrance — a natural sweetness that feels both floral and serene.
 
Our pearls are crafted using young spring buds, infused with fresh jasmine flowers at least five times over a two-week period. This patient, traditional method ensures a bright, enduring aroma that feels almost like strawberry jam and honeyed jasmine — soft, elegant, and never artificial.
The rolled pearls unfurl gracefully in hot water, releasing layers of sweetness and gentle vegetal notes with each infusion.
