Patchouli Deep is looking for a Web3 Community Builder & Discord Moderator to lead and expand our presence in the digital realm. This dynamic role involves managing and growing our Discord community, fostering connections between decentralized artists and Web3 superfans, and promoting the exciting possibilities of NFT music. You'll play a pivotal role in creating a thriving digital ecosystem that supports our mission of redefining the music landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Discord Moderation and Engagement:

    • Actively manage Patchouli Deep's Discord server, maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment.

    • Organize discussions, AMAs, and live sessions that engage community members.

    • Monitor and enforce community guidelines to ensure a positive atmosphere.

  2. Community Growth and Activation:

    • Develop and execute strategies to grow the Discord community, attracting new artists, fans, and music enthusiasts.

    • Initiate campaigns and activities to keep members engaged, such as contests, giveaways, or collaborative projects.

  3. Web3 and NFT Music Integration:

    • Bridge the gap between decentralized artists and Web3 superfans, fostering relationships within the community.

    • Educate members on the benefits of NFT music and its role in empowering artists and fans.

    • Support the launch of NFT projects, helping to onboard artists and fans into the Web3 space.

  4. Collaboration and Feedback:

    • Act as a liaison between Patchouli Deep’s creative team and the community, gathering insights and feedback to improve initiatives.

    • Partner with the marketing team to promote events, releases, and NFT drops.

  5. Event Coordination and Communication:

    • Plan and execute virtual events, such as listening parties, studio connects, or NFT launches.

    • Share updates about Patchouli Deep’s initiatives and events through Discord and other platforms.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about music and digital innovation, especially Web3 and NFT spaces.

  • Familiar with Discord server management, including bots, roles, and moderation tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful connections.

  • Basic understanding of blockchain technology and NFT marketplaces.

  • Experience in community management or digital marketing is a plus.
